Recognizing the immense potential in this sector and the overwhelming advantages of a public-private partnership model to deliver a project of such magnitude, our Client has entered into airport infrastructure development.

To undertake this challenging profile, our Client was looking for a candidate with correct blend of technical, project management and people management skills. The incumbent should have experience in managing globally the implementation of large projects and contribute to the development and design of new projects.

ZCS Approach
ZCS presented the client a list of elite potential candidates having vast experience in handling complex assignments in the aviation sector.

Each prospect was then validated against the detailed specification and key competencies. Finally, the list was narrowed down to five candidates who were interviewed by our team and then presented to the Client. Finally the Client zeroed down to a candidate who had a proven track record in managing complex development projects. As a Head Projects for one of the major international airports, he had successful track record of handling various complex assignments.
